Compassionate Inquiry Coach

What is Compassionate Inquiry? It’s an approach that helps uncover core beliefs and how they drive us. It provides a space for all emotions to be seen and heard. My name is Chelsey Murdock, and I am a Compassionate Inquiry (CI) Coach. With my training and life experiences, I can provide a space for YOU to be seen in all of you, in all your emotions, pain, shame, happiness, and victories. We will inquire into your triggers and reactions to present-day situations. This will help uncover your inner-child wounds and core beliefs and how they drive us in everyday interactions.

I became a life coach in September 2020 with further education in Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) and have completed extensive training in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté. I continue expanding my knowledge and development through various workshops and further education, including Polyvagal Theory.

Together we can work on developing your self-awareness, techniques, and guidance to improve communication and coping skills, stop negative talk, heal emotional wounds, and create safety.

HEAL FROM YOUR PAST TRAUMA

List in on my interview with Good Things Utah about who I am and what I do.

" I highly recommend Chelsey because she truly listens and is a problem solver by nature. After a one-hour consultation I had a plan and the tools to achieve it. When you’re frustrated, she asks the right questions so you’re looking at your problem with a different perspective. Chelsey has the capacity to change how so many of us see our lives and live our lives."
