ABOUT ME
Compassionate Inquiry Coach

What is Compassionate Inquiry? It’s an approach that helps uncover core beliefs and how they drive us. It provides a space for all emotions to be seen and heard. My name is Chelsey Murdock, and I am a Compassionate Inquiry (CI) Coach. With my training and life experiences, I can provide a space for YOU to be seen in all of you, in all your emotions, pain, shame, happiness, and victories. We will inquire into your triggers and reactions to present-day situations. This will help uncover your inner-child wounds and core beliefs and how they drive us in everyday interactions.
I became a life coach in September 2020 with further education in Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) and have completed extensive training in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté. I continue expanding my knowledge and development through various workshops and further education, including Polyvagal Theory.
Together we can work on developing your self-awareness, techniques, and guidance to improve communication and coping skills, stop negative talk, heal emotional wounds, and create safety.
